just what I was wondering....if he/she/it/they saw rain in the forecast and changed plans for today....pulled a quick one last night before the rain came in?

Rain would help deaden the sound, have no meaningful effect on a bullets flight. On the other hand poor visibility and or wet optics could make a shot more difficult.
