I fully expect criminal charges for the KMart raid to be filed against Aguirre, which will undoubtedly bring out LULAC and other leftist hispanic activist groups.

Then there's the actual legal liability of the city for the PD's actions...

When I first read about this clusterf**k I knew that the folks in this town were gonna need a house cleaning of the command staff of the PD that resembles a Stalinist purge.
The financial blowback is gonna be something that resembles a nuclear blast up close & personal.
