We're not talking about one book here. When I heard of this situation, I went to amazon dot com and looked the book up, to verify it's existance there. Sure enough, there it was. And sure enough, linked to that book were similar books. There were something like five directly related to this subject matter, with others drifting off into other avenues of perversion.
Can anyone imagine the sales of books advocating the rape of women on that site? However Amazon amazingly has rationalized that it's okay to sell books advocating the rape of young boys.
