Bookmark this story for use every time someone complains that the Republicans can't win elections except in court.

But, but, what about the rights of the voters!!!
Every voter should count was proclaimed until I puked in 2000
Are these dimocrats saying these people vote should not count?
I used to think only some Democrats were shameless, guess I was wrong

If McKinney's minions were really angry as well as dumb, they should turn out to vote for the Republican candidate to spite the woman who beat their candidate in the primary
To: raybbr
So much for what the voters want (or don't want)
Republicans are American voters too, you asses.
To: raybbr
When the Dems crossed over in South Carolina during the primaries to vote for McCain there was no problem. I get it, as long as demoRATS do it it's ok, but when the GOP does it it's a crime !

Hate votes. McKinney was defeated
by hate votes and therefore must be
declared the winner. You know, if
racism didn't exist, this crybaby
histrionics would make it inevitable.

Looks like this is the future of elections: the Rats trying to sue their way into every election they don't win. It's no accident that the DNC is the party of trial lawyers. Thank Algore for establishing a wonderful new precident.

Arguing that defeated Georgia Rep. Cynthia McKinney was the victim of a "malicious crossover" vote by Republicans, five DeKalb County voters asked a federal court Friday to throw out the results of the primary. Oh,Oh...Can I be a victim too? Malicious crossover? I call it exercising your right to vote for whomever you want. We can still do that in this country, can't we?

State officials pointed to the law Friday and said it was clear that Georgia voters can vote for whomever they want in the primaries; there are no restrictions on preferred political party affiliation.
"I am simply unaware of any provision of law that prohibits voters from making a choice as to which party primary they will participate in," said Chris Riggall, a spokesman for the secretary of state. It is ridiculous for any state official regardless of party to make such a statement after what happened in New Jersey. The law means ONLY what a group of activist judges decide it means. In New Jersey, 51 now means 34 or what ever number it needs to mean for the democrats to win. In Georgia, the absence of a provision of law that prohibits crossover voting-- when it affects black voters --can easily be considered a violation of those voters' civil rights.
Conservative voters' apathetic attitudes toward elections has allowed this to happen as much an any other single cause. The votes not cast for conservative candidates in the last 50 years are coming home to roost. The election of conservative candidates from dog catcher, to school board, to state house, to US Senate must become a paramount goal. We must energize ourselves to take back our republic or it will be lost forever. Vote, make sure your family votes, make sure your friends vote. It is our only weapon.

Malicious crossover voting Of course there is no such term of Georgia law called "malicious crossover voting."
Just more bizarre paranoia from the perverse fantasy world of the Jew-hating racist and conspiracist, Cindy McKinney.
I swear, she and her followers are mentally ill. And they revel in it.

It can safely be said that McKinney is not trying to curry favour with the indian community of Georgia.

McKinney is a great American and a powerful voice for liberty and justice. I pray that her wisdom won't be lost to our nation because of the shifty but legal efforts of those who would silence her. Cynthia, the nation needs you, we all need you. Don't leave us! Run on the Green ticket and regain your rightful place and seat of power and influence. Run Cynthia, run!! Don't leave us!! Run as a Green!!

Stop and think about this a bit more...it'll give you pause...
Think about what happens *if* the GA courts are similar to Florida's or New Jersey's
Feel that prickle along your scalp yet? Think on it a couple of seconds more...
