The Demorats showmanship in a time of war is backfiring with their own constitutints. McDerment, Gore, Bonior, Clinton all making Dems. look pethetic. Gephardt only one on same page as Bush.

Yep, and while large scale 'Rat defection to Republican candidates this October may be too much to ask, what this dissatisfaction may do is suppress 'Rat turnout.

To address those concerns, he's pouring millions of previously unbudgeted dollars into Senate races in Texas, North Carolina, New Hampshire and now New Jersey. "The result is that we may be hampered in 2004, we're spending so much now," says a DNC staffer. The GOP and NRSC have way more money than the Dems but that doesn't mean we can get complacent. Donate to either the RNC or the NRSC today!
HOLD THE HOUSE. TAKE BACK THE SENATE!

"That's our problem right now: all we can do is complain. We have no ideas, no solutions, no suggestions." Its been that way since Reagan left the party.

"He's afraid people will think he gets pulled around by the nose by that woman,"
Hmmm. Shouldn't it be "pulled around by the nose OF that woman?" She is a woman isn't she?

I'm enjoying watching the Libdems, continually shoot themselves in the foot on this issue of Iraq and the war on terrorism. Dick Gephardt may be a liberal, but he's no fool. Congressmen like Gephardt and Zell Miller can see the hand writing on the wall. I would have thought after 9-11, that people like McDermot and Bonier would have had the smarts to catch the BUSH EXPRESS and get on board, while the getting was good. These appeasers and peaceniks are way out of the American mainstream.

Don't be fooled by Gephardt. At the BS fund raiser, he refered to working with the Republicans as working in a nut house. Now, he will not own up to it.

That has always been their problem. It's much easier to bitch than fix.

No mercy for the DemonRats!

The polling indicates that Democratic voters contacted early in the week gave highly unfavorable ratings to the Democratic Party in general, and when asked to give examples why, listed the now infamous error-filled memo written by singer Barbra StreisandLeave it to the Dems to get upset about this silly thing. It's the treason and law-breaking they should be worried about. Most Dems probably think that Babs is a high-ranking Dem official though. LOL

"PANIC CITY House Democratic Leader Dick Gephardt and Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle will probably get together with Democratic National Committee chairman Terry McAuliffe in the next couple of days, based on the alarming polling that the Democratic Congressional leaders are seeing."
"This past week may have been the worst for the party in a long time," says a staffer on the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. "We're just getting hammered."
I hope the ultra-Liberals break with the Dimocrat Party and form the Communitarian Party!

This poll also took place prior to fallout from the Torch deal in New Jersey. Be interesting to see what the fallout of that is. Despite the media's best efforts, the Floriduh debacle was still obviously a Rat ploy to steal an election, and the public figured it out. Will they do the same for NJ, or will it stay under national radar because it's a Senatorial vote?
Also, are the rats counting on a big dead vote turnout in Floriduh? The article said they had hopes of stealing that one, but I though Bush was doing very well there. They must have a warehouse full of pre-filled ballots somewhere.

That's our problem right now: all we can do is complain. We have no ideas, no solutions, no suggestions." Bah. You don't need all that! just do what you usually do. Lie and use weasel words!
To: jdontom
"We're just getting hammered."Actually, you're hammering yourselves. The pubbies are hardly saying a word. You had Trent Lott tell McDermott to "shut up", but that's been about it.

While McAuliffe believes the party is poised to practically sweep every major gubernatorial election -- from California to New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois and, if polls continue apace, perhaps even Florida It's not all beer and skittles, people -- this would be really, really bad to lose all these governorships, especially Florida, as the recent New Jersey debacle shows. Don't get complacent, vote and drag two people with you. Are there any freepers who live in these states who know if McAuliffe is right about those races?

You gotta love it.

The Dems are idiots. Negative Public reaction to their stunts renews my faith in the American people.
