Yes, they should, and they should also pay for printing new ballots, and any other expenses this causes the Div of Elections.

Should Democrats get 2 tries at every election? If the poll numbers aren't good for candidate #1, they can try again with #2? The only reason #1 is out of there is because the poll numbers showed he would lose.
