I think if the Dems try to pull anything here Forrester can rightfully argue that his rights were violated under the Equal Protection clause (see Bush v. Gore). The rules have been known and set, and now the Dems want to create a special election!

Judge HAD BETTER be right, or we don't live in a democracy any more. You can't just cancel a federal election because you have a dirty candidate or he's losing. Everyone would change their state laws and do the same thing. Maybe that's a good idea in the states where the Republicans are losing!
