Then, Harkin would be next to resign. But, do they then shut Ganske out in Iowa by using the NJ strategy?

Hard to tell...but probably if the precedent started by Torecelli's handlers is allowed to stand. THIS TACTIC WILL HAVE NATIONAL CONSEQUENSES, DEFINITELY!! LONG TERM!!
