Did I hear Torch say he is filing an action with SCOTUS to take him off the ballot? That is very, very odd. I doubt that 5 of them will find time to fit his emergency (and probably meritless, but I don't claim to know everything) petition into their busy schedule.

What if the US Supreme Court can't hear the case because of scheduling issues? Can the Court do that?

Can you just show up at their front door and ask for a ruling on something that hasn't worked its way up through the ranks?
