VOMIT !!!

torch -- door. ass.

Before the press conference, the judge on Fox confirmed that this is an UNTESTED law and will most definitely be challenged. Successfully, from the sound of things. He basically said that there is no way that a state governor can cancel a federal election. If Torch withdraws his name, it means that the Pubby wins by default. No state law can hold power over federal election procedings.

I wonder if the 'toon uttered the word 'Arkancide'.
To: LisaFab
So he is NOT resigning his seat? If he doesn't, there's no way anyone else gets on the ballot. NOT A CHANCE! Geez, did he ever get to the point? Is he resigning or not?
To: Howlin
Lautenberg would be willing to run, I am sick but not suprised.
To: Miss Marple
Looks like I missed the whole thing. I sincerely hope it was sappy, drawn out, incoherent, and other such things. For the good of the DEM party, of course!
To: glock rocks

To: Dog

He said he would continue to serve for the next 90 days. Therefore, he will resign as soon as the polls show that the new candidate cannot win.
