No, she declared to the world that she is mentally ill. SSAD is a mental disorder. She's simply displaying the symptoms publicly.

Declaring oneself a "homosexual" is now licence to act as bizarrely as you please. Most people will just wave you off with a very tolerant, "Oh, she's a lesbian," when you cry for no reason, shout profanities at people, quit jobs, and suffer from eating disorders. Pray for her.
