Thank you. Nice read. I believe that El Paso was playing fast and loose with it's powers. Selling 40% of your pipeline to a sister company that was known to be going to be charging excessive prices, sounds manipulative enough for me. Evidently it means little to the commissions or this would be cut and dried.
