Maybe it comes from my living in New York and L.A. all my life (don't know what it's like where Eunice Stone lives), but Indians, Muslims, and other peoples of color don't freak me out. It'd take more than an "Islamist" joking about 9/11 to make me suspicious. Oh, you are so much more Cosmopolitan than the rest of us ignorant peasants.
