John Edwards says the Iraq problem has NOTHING to do with 9/11. He says he'll now back the administration on Iraq. He's obviously depressed and humiliated; right now on FOX with John Gibson.

"Here's a man who's lied consistently..." Edwards is speaking of Hussein, not his friend Bill Clinton.

Edwards tries to tie Iraq problem with 1991 Gulf War, not current Al Qaeda problem. Edwards says any info about Al Qaeda in Iraq is news to him. This is the bright shining light in the Democrat Party?? BWA HA HA HA HA HA!

ashamed i am to admit that edwards is from my neck of the woods. i have written to his office attempting to sway him to other views and recieve formulaic nonsense in reply. he IS slick, however and can charm the pants off a nun. i am amazed[not!!] that he is never called on his amnesia nor on his "ignorance" as in "oh...THAT 9-11! of course i support the president". he is amassing quite a list of flops, bon mots and absurd positions that some smart republican can use to defeat him. that can't happen too soon.

This is the same man who jumped on the "What did he know and when did he know it" bandwagon in May, and then when asked didn't he have access to the same information as Bush, he said that he did but that he didn't remember what it was.

Since Sept 11, we have seen all the usual left wing wackos rear their ugly heads - and the GOOD news is, they all publically identify with the Democratic party! And, since Sept 11 and its aftermath was a MAJOR wake-up call for political sleepwalkers, we are now in the midst of a push to purge liberals from government. The Democratic party is now recognized by most Americans as the party that is soft on crime, soft on terrorism, and soft on national defense. I would encourage all liberals to continue to fight for the civil liberties of terrorists, continue to bash Jews and praise Palestinian terrorists. Continue to bash President Bush in favor of appeasing Saddam. You'll get plenty of coverage from a sympathetic press. I just want to make sure that EVERYONE in this country knows who the Democrats really are before election day!
