Well, you know what happens when people can't do business in a free enterprise system because of unfair taxation. They go underground and drop out of the system. Then if you are counting on smokers, you have smokers paying for class size and when the smokers get cancer, they hire McBride's former law firm to represent them in suits against the tobacco industry.
So, McBride wins either way - his former law firm makes millions from smokers in tobacco litigation and they fund his education program until they take their last breath for the per pack tax. Quid pro quo.

We need to insulate ourselves from propaganda polls so that we can stay focused on our objective - the re-election of Governor Bush. They are making stuff up to falsely give McBride momentum that he doesn't really have and IMO, if Hurricane Isadora hits Florida, McBribe will have a hard time campaigning on a flatbed truck in 90 mph winds.
Meanwhile, Governor Bush will have another opportunity to lead and do what needs to be done. Remember Jeb just returned from a Hurricane Conference. He's got experience in crisis & catastrophic management. McBride has none.

There can be a dual track here at FR. Some want to find out who Bill McBride is. That's fine but we just don't want to say things like "If I was McBride, this is what I would do or say." I am here to help Governor Bush.
Dem lurkers come here because they have no ideas. They aren't getting any of mine.
If someone wants to do a Defeat Bill McBride thread that's fine - one stop shopping. But, one thread about McBride is enough IMO.
I'm planning a no holds barred Jeb Photo Pit Stop for October - that's my focus - it's getting the message out and hopefully, freepers are talking to their friends and neighbors about Jeb. Buzz about Jeb is so important - person to person.
WE NEED TO STICKER OUR CARS, WEAR BUTTONS, GO TO RALLYS AND VOLUNTEER LOCALLY. I voted for Jeb last time but I didn't do one thing for him except in the voting booth. How times have changed. He's a great Governor and the differences are frighteningly clear. Yeah, summer's very dedicated - we have different approaches but we need both reporting and cheerleading. Rah! You're a good researcher yourself, ragtime.

Multi-Freeper-alism works for me. I do serious research until I have a bead on the candidate, then I like to repeat salient points on as many McBride threads as possible .... but I'm best at cheerleading and passing info onto the media, pols. When the October Pit Stop's up, I'm there. Rah! (^:

WE ARE MULTI-TASKING FOR JEB. I can't think of anything I'd rather do. Florida's too great a state to be ruined by a bunch of outsiders.

Check on law fim office in Cuba-
also their connection with phosphate mining.
Treasure trove. GG

I like the way you think! Please add me to your ping list to be passed on to PhiKapMom's 'Master List'.

You are on my list and on the supersized Governor Bush ping list that is being developed. It's really great to see all the freepers from other states following our governor's race. Anyone at all can visit http://www.jeb.org and read up on or JOIN the Bush/Brogan campaign.
I've got to pick up a yard sign. I've stickered and buttoned my neighbors and my car. That's what we all need to do to get this done.
FYI: The first debate is NEXT WEEK... I don't have the exact date yet. EVERYONE NEEDS TO ENCOURAGE THEIR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS TO WATCH ALL THREE DEBATES. A side by side comparison by listening to a leader and a wannabee will get Jeb even more votes. (remember Algor RAOFLMAO?)

I'm watching Chris Mathews on Imus, both are salivating over Kerry, how smart, quick, qualified, but Mathews predicts the demo presidential nominee will be Gore, because of the money. (Mathews bent out of shape about it too. He thinks Kerry would cream Bush in debates. He even predicts how the media will fall lock-step for Gore, claiming he's a new man, this time around.)
So not surprising, Kerry is the first likely demo candidate out of the box, smart enough to get on the record for McBride.

Thanks! Just wanted to make sure.
Governor Bush has captured top of the fold headlines in the Tampa Tribune with his initiative for 300 new schools. Haven't read the full article closely to check for left-wing spin, but people just seeing the papers in the racks and on shelves can't miss seeing it!
I've got to pick up a yard sign, too. Have not seen ONE JEB! sign anywhere.
