Each chapter member will receive a 400-page paperback text-book containing the following documents:
Constitution of the United States, Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, Index to the U.S. Constitution, Magna Carta, Mayflower Compact, Declaration of Rights of 1765, Declaration of Rights of 1774, Declaration of Independence, Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, Articles of Confederacy, Act for the Admission of California Into the Union, Constitutional History of California, California Constitution Revision Commission, Constitution of the State of California, Index to the California Constitution, Appendix
In addition to the above, an autographed photo of the next Governor of California, Bill Simon, will be presented to each member of the winning chapter.
Deadline: October 21st, the last day to turn in new registrations for the November 5th election. If you've moved, changed your name, want to change Party affiliation, will be 18 by November 5th, or if you're not registered at all, you need to get your butt registered, Bucko! Ideas for places to sign people up - Costo's, churches, Malls, new housing developments, etc.

Honor system. We trust that chapter heads are honest people. Keep your chapter head posted on how many people you have registered. Chapter heads, keep Saundra Duffy posted on the numbers. NorCal-Capitol Area Chapter was going to coordinate the contest but they've gotten bogged down with other commitments, so I'll keep it going (Saundra Duffy).
So far, it appears that San Diego chapter (CyberAnt) is in the lead. NorCal (Sacramento Chapter) is next. Fresno/Central Valley Chapter is in third place.
