They all had cell phones. If Eunice did say she heard them speak Arabic, maybe it was on the cell phone.

Another possibility is that though the two guys are not fluent, they might easily understand some phrases "Allah akbar!", etc.

They are cocky and superior, and think they are above inspection, especially now that liberal guilt is on their side, and the CAIR lawyers have jumped at glee at the chance of face time.

IMHO, when the first stories came out, I was in the "who knows?" sort of opinion. But they're cockiness and superiority after their release proved to me that they did do this as a joke, and now they're lying about it.

Anyone know the story about going down to Miami for med school? Why did they so quickly give that one up?

I heard on Friday that they were actively looking for them. I'm sure there is one there for people who "blow" the toll booth.

I'm not buying their story. I PRAY that Florida has the tapes to show he went through it.

Notice White Doily's attempt to slur the toll booth operator, too: "She had a little accent."

Now, if the toll booth operator came on and said, "He had a little towel on his head," she'd be run out of town.

I never once heard Eunice state she heard them speaking in Arabic. She always said they spoke in English.

These guys are claiming she said this in order to embellish the portrait of Eunice as a bigot.

Not sure that would mean anything. Many, perhaps most, toll booths have a parked control car to pursue gate runners(and probably to discourage such just by their presence.)

I know, they claimed they couldn't have made up the same story and the cops held them separatly, but they did have the phones and you can make up a quick plan over the phone -- maybe the only guy who "talked" to the cops told the other two to keep their mouths shut, no matter what
