Oh, please wake up. This is EXACTLY what he did with Al Queda if you remember. Bush never NEVER made the Al Queeda case. He let Tony do it with a 30 page document. I can still remember our upset press corps bitching endlessly about how they had to read everything in the English papers and couldn't create any "news" of their own. This is brilliant, again.
