the facts are though that now it appears that the police were never told by the three men that they were joking. .... it is kinda scary how easy it is to ruin some of these peoples lives.

Well let the Feds, or FL or GA, charge them with making terroristic threats and it can all come out in the trial.

Of course I take with a grain of salt their testimony on a Bible "to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth"
