Plates were legal. Some screw up in Illinois. Ah. Thanks for the confirmation. Now we have to wonder about the toll booth. Any indication they might be militia nutcases, those who think traffic stops and toll booths are a 'Constitutional crisis'?

Gheith added: "I have one message, I think it's time for us as Americans to put down our big sticks and pick up our books and read about other people and read about what they believe before we jump to conclusions." What does that have to do with this incident?

Dollar to a doughnut says the guy is right, Really? His story has changed. Originally, the three men were joking.
Now, according to them, Eunice Stone is lying.
He's obviously talked to his relatives, and know that there is some media attention to be gained by playing the race card.
He won't fool many Americans, not after 9/11.

I thought these guys already admitted they were playing a joke?
Eunice Stone did the right thing. These guys might not be terrorist, but they sure are irresponsible thugs, who inconvenience 1000's. Time to pay their debt.

When you joke around you shouldn't blow through toll boths and have other people's plates on your car. Lock those three up, for years. Making terroristic threats about Friday the 13th, which follows September the 11th by two days. Lock them up and throw away the keys.

I believe her too.
This is a game for them.
Hang around and take pictures of our tall buildings,
dams etc., make jokes about bombs.
All perfectly legal.
They mock us and then whine.

I thought that they told the police that they were just joking back in Georgia? Good Catch.

"
Gheith, a Palestinian born in Jordan"
Then he is a Jordanian.
There is no Palestine and there is no such "race" of Palestinians....only Arabs.
The lie continues....

If you're friggin running around Georgia looking like Cat Stevens after 9-11, you're suspicious enough. Authorities, do as you will. Check stickdeath.com for suggestions if you draw a blank.

I thought they said they were kidding. That's what Fox just reported.

Holy Shiite, I agree with you again on this one....
Will wonders never cease.

Are you for real ? The truth, factual truth, and this guy, aren't well acquainted. He and his pals, stupidly " talked big ", as a joke, or because they know something. Either way, they're idiots, to believe that the American public ( except you ) is going to fall for this garbage ; especially now.
To: sinkspur
Really? His story has changed. Originally, the three men were joking. Did he say he was joking, or did the news report it was a joke?
All of the sudden the authorities decided to back off these three in a big way. I think that is indicative of something.
To: bootless
QUOTE At the time of their release, authorities called the incident a prank by the men, but officials were backing off that theory a few hours later.
END QUOTE
WTF these cops lied about it? I am confused...if the cops did lie then that is just as bad. I am starting to think the woman lied.

This woman is a great American. She did her duty, she did it well, as did all law enforcement officers involved. These dirtbags obviously decided that their "joke" wasn't as funny as they thought...and now suddenly they are victims of some hysterical overreaction.
Medical students? Let 'em be medical students back in whatever third world hellhole they came from. Deportation might make them think twice about joking. If any of them are naturalized, they can send the others a postcard.

No apparently that is what the POLICE wanted you to think. Apparently now the police are changing their story. No excuse for that...pathetic.

The Georgia woman who prompted Friday's terror scare was "flat-out lying" when she told authorities she overheard three Muslim men at a restaurant laughing about September 11 and making suspicious comments, one of the men said late Friday.
Thats not what the cop said he said that the 3 were playing a joke because they were tired of being hassled after 911 the figured they would scare the hell out the people and it backfired on them
It was just on fox
To: CharacterCounts
Indicative that the police has no proof ... yet. Too bad that Eunice didn't have a taperecorder and that she didn't tape these animals.
