Protest Nigerian Woman's Scheduled Stoning Death Sentence
Amnesty International ^

You may have heard the story about a Nigerian woman sentenced to death for having a child out of wedlock. She will be buried up to her neck. Then her punishers will surround her and throw rocks at her head until her skull is crushed and she dies a painful and horrible death.
I have attached the link to the Amnesty International site. On the right hand side, there is a letter to the Nigerian president which you can sign.
The woman has 30 days to appeal against her sentence. It takes less than one minute to sign the letter.
Forward this on to all your friends - hopefully the power of numbers can help this woman.

I don't know how many Nigerians have computers or if this will even end up in a place where it has an effect, but I signed......and sent along my prayer as well. Her picture and that of her beautiful child is heartbreaking!!

I am curious, I do deplore this woman's situation but, has Amnesty International had anything to say about the plight of the white farmers?

This is not Islamic, only by name.
Signed..

GOOD QUESTION.......please join me in finding a link and posing that one to them.......I read today there are several NY City councilmen who were "stars" of the Reparations for Slavery Show in Washington DC a while back, heading to visit Mugawbe(sp?)......and I'll be hoping that they are going to deliver some OUTRAGE at the situation....but I'm not going to hold my breath!!
