Rush just played an exerpt from some media "person" who wouldn't give Bush credit for his IQ but said Bush had an EQ....emotional quotion...connects w/people. Rush comment: "So there you have it...the media template on Bush." Aren't they despicable? I question THEIR IQs myself (and they have NO EQs at all.)

Trent Lott: "Now we need to show the AMerican people that we are united in support."

Tell your friends in South Dakota to oust Tim Johnson first. He is nothing but Daschle's little porkchop. Taking out Johnson is like driving a stake through the vampire's heart... it will help Daschle lose control over his caucus, because they will see that if he can't protect his junior senator in his home state, he certainly can't protect any of them.

Dashole said he wants to wait until the international community responds...
Damn, can't he have an opinion on his own!

Lott & McCain on now--McCain sounds like a feeble little old man just now.
To: McGavin999
I want him to go grab that little pipsqueak Daschle and shake him in front of the Senate and say "you will act now you fool".
Please Bush - just once.

CBS pulled a royal flush last night. The Bush and NYFD documentaries were magnificently produced and reported.
It's amazing how little things can really move you, how they can serve as a microcosm of a larger sadness and truth. I was really hit by that photo they showed of the President posing with a group of 15 or so New York city firemen who were assigned as always to oversee the landing of the President's helicopter during his visit to New York earlier in 2001. 5 of those smiling, young firemen died in service and duty on 9/11. Five.

But.....McCain asks for a resolution BEFORE they adjourn.

I just heard someone say that the president is going to address the country live tonight at 8pm. Did anyone else here that or did my local radio station play an announcement meant for yesterday ?
To: Howlin
McVain: "I believe that the President made it clear that he does expect immediate action....on the part of the security council.." "The President I believe deserves a vote...before we go out of session." "I am confident that the Presdient will receive the majority vote." Yes.

He didn't state a DATE :o(Why telegraph the date? Uncertainty in Baghdad is our ally - not Saddam's.
