Well, if you live in 'Kalifornia' as you say, then you are free to sit in your own private home and watch all the cartoons you want to while rolling all the joints you want to, too, and no one will ever arrest you for it. Now, if you still insist on assuming the mantle of criminal-victim, then we can go further and inquire whether you also pine for the freedom to jaywalk with impunity, or drive on a public road without a license or insurance.
