Some years ago, I was taking a smoke break. Rain started. I saw some small chips of wood and plastic moving on the ground. Looking closer, I saw that they were being carried by fire ants. A couple of minutes more observation revealed that they were using these materials to roof over their mound.
It made the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
On second thought, the cats would just think I'd brought home a new snack!
That's like the joke about the foul mouth parrot and the freezer.
You know, you look at the size of a bird's head, and you realize that the brain in there can only be that big, and now we see from this story that that's all it takes to understand and say simple words.
