I'm guessing the guard missed his real aiming point. Too bad.

Not only the aiming point; a Florida "G" class gun permit (which I believe is pretty standard from state to state, so I am assuming that is what the guard has) allows these guys to carry .38 caliber revolvers only. Not my favorite round, or weapon. They are also forbidden to use hollow points.
