Governor Bush is having a giant tailgate party in Gainesville before the big game. Here are the details as I have them right now. I will provide more information as it becomes available or please call your local Bush/Brogan headquarters.

The Gators for JEB! rally will begin around 3:00 p.m. this Saturday, September 7. It is being held near the O’Connor Center, Parking Lot Row B-2, the Bull Gators area. Near University and North South Drive.

As a Gator myself, I must admit I was not sad to see Spurrier go. Originally I was appalled at the selection of Zook, but the guy is a good recruiter. And lets face it, in the last couple of years, the Gators didn't exactly do well in the big games, especially due to the lack of a decent running game. I think this year, we just might be better because Zook will emphasize the running game a lot more and the offense will be better balanced.

Just remember, you can't spell "Scum" without UM. Go Gators!!

I completely agree. I think overall, they Gators will play a much tougher game now with Zook. Gator fans have nothing to be afraid of in Zook, in my opinion, and have alot to look forward too, like a real running game and some real "toughness" compared to the Spurrier era. As a Canes fan, I find this potential balance more imposing than Spurriers ego trip of an offense.
