This guy is a dead man walking for stating the obvious...

"What have we done with the Palestinian Legislative Council? What have we done with the judiciary system? What have we done with the money? What have we done with the bureaucracy?" Amr wrote.
Explaining the critical letter to Arafat, he said: "I sent a message to him as a leader, and asked him not to leave, but to change his policies, his programs, everything."
AraRat is the only member of the PA who controls the money (explains his net worth of BILLIONS), but this nancy-boy is not calling for new leadership? Sounds to me like this letter is PRNewswire or orchestrated fluff.

"Didn't we throw mud in the face of Bill Clinton..." I'm trying very hard to visualize that scene. :-)
