"District 11 - Cocke and Greene counties"

Could that perhaps be "Cooke" county?

Cocke County is named after a famous General that served under Andrew Jackson during the War of 1812. Yes, the name is Cocke.

It is cocke, pronounced "cock". I was down there today visiting a company that make the booths, trash receptacles, tables etc in most of the fast food places in America. They have a vast reach for a small town.
