When hell freezes over. This will go down in history as the watershed moment of the US forever ceding its sovereignty to the UN. Bush is caving to the protestors, UN, media, Democrats, State Dept. doves, etc. There will be no "war" in Iraq - some sort of world consensus will eventually emerge on how to deal with it half-assedly, and the American public will go back to American Idol and Joe Millionaire.
