Thats interesting about BeatRetail, I got a flag from them several years ago and it was correct. I prefer my frag from Allflags.com - much better detail in the graphics (you get what you pay for!)
I'd love to get some Culpeper bumper stickers from FreepStuff, but I'd be laughed out of town with it spelt wrong.
It is very frequently misspelt, and I dont usually make an issue of it, but in this case I thought y'all would want to know.

I'll let you know when they change it. I have sent them a new graphic and they do not keep allot printed on hand so it should be quick.
