I am sorry; I have always spelled it as it is on the flag.

I now see on closer inspection that some spell it Culpeper and some Culpepper.

Here in Culpeper, it has always been "Culpeper". Any flag you have spelling it "Culpepper" or "Cullpepper" was produced by someone who didnt do their research.

The link http://www.beatretail.com/flags/ has a picture of the flag spelled incorrectly. The First link is correct.
