I saw this on TV once.
Barney, of course, was the triggerman.

WTF? if my ole man heard me say that pepper spray and bean bags were justified.....If I were the elder Mr. Gillen's lawyer, I'd expect a call about revising a Last Will sometime soon...

The man must have been put there by his family for a reason. Granted, an 81 year-old man in a wheelchair doesn't sound dangerous, but his admitting record sounds like he has serious problems. Let's not jump to judgement here. Me thinks the admission they are talking about is to the hospital not the nursing home.
At the same time (my family owns a nursing home) I have seen some old pharts do some pretty amazing things. Once I brought my guitar in to play some songs, left it on a table, turned by back for maybe 90 seconds, and this kind old gentleman took a tinkle in my guitar's sound hole. I guess that's one way of showing how he liked the music. LOL
Yes I still play that guitar I'm not proud nor rich.
