Stories like this make me perpetually wonder why anyone in their right mind even thinks of doing business in the State of Kalifornia. The State government there makes the old Soviet government look like a dream... After all, even the Soviets didn't have a Bureau of Office Furnishings!

Republicans really ought to leave that state in droves, and give up on any thought of redeeming it. It's long gone.
