Dear Ricardo, you historically illiterate moron, blacks and whites moved into southern Africa at just about the same time. The blacks were predominantly cattle herders. The whites, farmers. The blacks were tribal folk with a very low level of technology and education. The whites had the benefit of having come from one of the world's most advanced civilizations. The blacks had a much higher birthrate than the whites. In this situation, it was pretty much inevitable that the whites (not because they were white) would end up having fewer, but richer, people than the blacks and that the blacks would be working mostly for the whites.
