A Greenville County circuit judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by talk show host Phil Donahue against the former owners of his show, Multimedia Inc., Universal Television Enterprises Inc. and Gannett Co., Inc.
Donahue filed the lawsuit in the Greenville County Court of Common Pleas in 1997, alleging that his 1982 contract with Multimedia, which also owned The Greenville News, called for him to be given the option of buying the rights to the show and reruns if they were being sold.

Well, that's certainly offensive. Why would they think using a photo of the horrified reactions of 9/11 witnesses by adding profanity on top of it would NOT be offensive? (It's not your site, but Strange Cosmos tends to be offensive, doesn't it?)
