Court TV says verdict has been reached, will be announced in an hour.

Not enough evidence. If it is guilty, it's because he didn't testify. But I predict: not guilty.
To: nimc
I am hoping for a guilty verdict as well.
To: AppyPappy
My prediction is not guilty as well, AP.
To: AppyPappy
I predict if guilty, it is due to the blood, hair and fibers.

The Truth will set him free.

Not because of the evidence but i cannot see 12 people agreeing on a not guilty verdict. My bet its guilty.

Pray with me that this basically good man will be found not guilty of anything serious.
I am afraid of this jury, afraid of this police frame-up, afraid of the lynch-mob liberal press.
If they DO find him guilty, appeals process goes into high gear in MINUTES!
Once found NOT guilty, the civil process for wrongful and intentionally unjust prosecution, fabrication of evidence etc goes into high gear.
This one isn't over by a long shot.

Having served on a 1st degree murder jury, I can see a "not guilty".
To: AppyPappy
Unless you are on the jury panel there really is no way to know what the outcome will be...
