On the one hand I'm glad that they are making an effort to save the babies. On the other I think that these parents should be charged with abandonment. As a parent you have a responsibility to see that your child is taken care of. Dumping a child on the government does not accomplish that.

So the judge ordered the woman to put stickers on someone else's private property? If I owned that trash company, I sure as hell wouldn't allow it. The judge should be brought up on charges of encouraging defacement of private property.
