I suspect DeKalb is where McKinney has her support and there are 0 precincts from DeKalb reporting. Anyone on the thread from Atlanta who can give us a breakdown of the precinct particulars?

The web page shows that Dekalb County has not reported at all...only Gwinett...so there is no way to tell where this will go.
