I am not that "bullish" on America. Why? Because all of us "white folks" have decided not to make babies anymore. I did my share but the fact is, the only ethnic groups that are at population replacements are Black and Hispanic. We could stop all forms of immigration tomorrow and still have a white minority in 20 years. We boomers are quickly losing the ability to procreate and we are the largest white population that will likely be seen again. Those following us are not real interested in having kids and we boomers didn’t procreate all that well ourselves. For us to keep our "white America" we have only 2 options. Start having kids again, or ethnic cleansing. Now, which do you advocate?
Who says, you? I see plenty of white babies where I live. All I have to do is to go to my nearby Chick-fil-A to see tons of kids. If you go to a nearby walking trail, parents are pushing their kids in strollers, walking them in a backpack on their back, or the kids are riding bicycles or roller blades. All this talk of "not having kids" is a misrepresentation of the truth, even though whites are having fewer children than in past generations. A 1.9 birthrate is not the destructive force that a 1.2 or 1.3 birthrate is. Furthermore, within the past year or two, from reports I've read, the birthrate among white Americans is finally starting to rise.
At current rates, with zero immigration, it would take at least 125-200 years for whites to be a minority in this country. If the U.S. went back to a predominately European immigration policy, then whites would likely never be the minority. Furthermore, you're not taking into the account that birth rates will not stay constant among whites and minorities. They'll likely stabalize somewhere.
What you're advocating is basically a balkanization style immigration policy, especially in this time of group politics.

When did I say anything about protecting "white America?"
America can assimilate brown-skinned individuals in small numbers, but not a wholesale invasion from the entire third world.
As to your knee-jerk "white America"...
Perhaps if I was not providing for an entire family of brown-skinned immigrants, through my taxes, I would have more children. Perhaps if we dumped the "anchor baby" concept and the concept of citizenship is granted based upon being born here, and the fact that most of the immigrants children are subsidized by gov't welfare, they would not have so many. Perhaps if we opened our immigration to the ratios of the races that presently live here (or lived here in '65), we would not have that problem.
No ethnic cleansing on my part. I will stand back and wait for "la raza" to cleanse the country (ala Zimbabwe). That is how I predict I will die...the swarthy masses rising up against the "oppressive" whites and making Central Europe in the 1940s look like a tune-up.
