Pay Much Attention To That Man Behind The Curtin !

Of all the bizzare spectacle's that I've been privileged to watch on C-SPAN The Reparations Rally on the Washington Mall was by far the straw that broke this camel's back.

If you think that the motley collection of far left third world radical's where up to putting on this Extravganza of the Bizzare, you haven't been paying attention, and need to be Illuminated. As is the case with most of the trial bulloon's, they seem absurd, if not down right commical, but rest assured,there are powerful forces behind the scene's with this movement. I will attempt to outline the forces's at work, which up till now haven't been delt with in any of the post's I've seen.

Let us start with the AfricanAmerican/JewishCoalitionForJustice http://www.aajcj.org providing the major organization thrust to the Rally. AAJCJ is allied to the umberella group SCN.Org(The Seattle Community Network) of Seattle Wash.(http://www.scn.org)

A name that I will provide in another post that is very significant is the Code Foundation, providing the funding for the logitical support of the rally. Foundation support is critical to the Radical Movement, as they suport all side's the issue.

The name of the game is connect the dot's, while your staring at your shoe's disccusing issue's that are meant to cloud the real issue's, they are picking your pocket.

I saw bits of this farce on the tube. All I can say is that I have seldom seen a more embarassing sight. The dignity and power of MLK's rhetoric has descended to this?

Where do you stand on The Other Reparations

I say we give them Iraq in a few months to do with as they please ;-)

Unfortunately other reparations apply to a group that is not deemed worthy of doing anything but paying taxes.

Send them back to where they came from with the equivalent of $50K in their pocket. (Let's see, in Uganda, the equivalent of $50K is probably about five bucks.)

But are they deserving of reparations? That's the question. And if they are, then why aren't the black groups? And if the black population is deserving of reparations they why aren't the southerners?

Can't wait until the American Indians hop on the band wagon.

And the Chinese who were brought over for the railroads...and the Acadians who were kicked out of Louisiana...and the Loyalists who were driven out after the Revolution...and on...and on. Before we're through we'll have every group paying reparations to every other group. One long, daisy chain of never ending reparations payments.

It can be stated over & over how a large percentage of blacks are beginning to support reparations, but from what I see & hear,an overwhelming percentage of whites are against them. We need to keep fighting this & remember why one group is called minorities.

So...should I put you down as a 'no' for black reparations but a 'yes' for southern reparations?

Not being black and not being southern I don't think I qualify. I know. Maybe we can work out a program where the southeners will pay the blacks for reparations, and the blacks will pay the southerners for reparations. It'll be a wash for you guys and it'll leave the rest of us out of it. How's that sound?

I'm not black or sourthern either,the past 2 posts were supposed to tongue in cheek(guess I'd better hold off on that comedy career). I'm as much opposed as anyone to ANY form of reparations,I thought by post # 12 it was quite obvious.

Ah well, I guess it shows that we Yankees tend to be a humorless lot. Can't tell when someone else is telling a joke, and don't get it when they do. Still I'll stand by my suggestion that the two groups in question send reparations to each other and leave us out of it.

I just think we lose some of our humor when it comes to subjects like this that won't go away. I do like your suggestion,but in a "perfect" world wouldn't it be nice if they'd just drop it? That won't happen though,Jesse,Al & the rest would actually have to get a real job...
