If you pinged me to this thread thinking I was going to defend this piece of gargabe you are mistaken. I already made my position clear on another thread.
You've defended worse. Why stop now?
To: one_particular_harbour
I'm sure you are proud for this expression of liberty.
Its sad isn't it? All this BS constitutional bravado they spout and then when you show them the results, they cower and clam up.
To: DAnconia55
Ah. You mean like the Founders.
The writer of a statement like this would lead a reader to think he's on acid.

"Yeah, the constitution is real wacky. /sarcasm"
The constitution is not wacky. But this guy's interpretation of the constitution certainly was. According to the guy that shot the police officer, it was unconstitutional to stop a guy doing 12 mph over the limit. Do you find that to be a true reading of the constitution?

Yeah, the constitution is real wacky. /sarcasm
So are the 'constitutional scholars' here that use it to justify murder.

Anyone who defends the scum that murdered Mr Taylor is a POS scum sucking sub-human. If you (scum sucking defenders) have a problem with this, feel free to freep-mail me and I'll be glad to give you my address so we can have a face-to-face chat about it.

Piece of Sh-t.

I just sent my condolences to Mrs. Taylor and her two young children...what a tragedy.

According to the guy that shot the police officer, it was unconstitutional to stop a guy doing 12 mph over the limit. Do you find that to be a true reading of the constitution? Since I personally don't believe that it is constitutional to require licences for driving or to allow agents of the state to harass drivers peacefully going about their buisness, I'd have to say yes, it is wrong to stop a driver for simply driving, and not harming anyone.
This all, of course, is really no longer the point of this story.

You all (on this thread) should be ashamed for picking fights. I'm not sure what the reasons are for this brawling but I seem to recall a thread about anti freepers trying to disrupt and discredit Free Republic. All I can say is calm yourselves down and don't take the bait. --MM

I should have figured that out...it is so appropriate.

Dear Eric, it begins, Sorry you had to die for a speeding ticket (12 mph over the limit). Im sure that you now know it was NOT WORTH IT! Perhaps your fellow revenue collectors, er I mean, Peace officers would do well to take a lesson from your death and think twice about stopping people who are hurting no one and merely traveling the Public way.
Jeez. Words fail me.
To: one_particular_harbour
Huh? I didn't ask you to pity anyone. I was simply noting your moronic comment.
