I smell Rosenberg.

She really wants apprehending the anthrax crew to be her "win" but if you read her from beginning to end, she doesn't come up with anything out of the ordinary.

I've been thinking about it. Note "fits FBI profile". Fair enough. So how does she get these other bits of "profile?" For the most part, she is profiling, she's picking out what she knows or suspects about Hatfill, and posing it as deductive reasoning.
