TV just stated that we were to turn to channel 10. Channel 10 states that Georgia state is under civil emergency until after 2am.

Could this be related to the train derailment in Southeast Atlanta (hazmat crews were called in)?

Several empty tanker cars derailed at a switching yard there.

That's the only thing that Fox 5 has that could be construed in that way...
