Actually, after giving it a bit more thought, I did join in '97, but forgot my PW I think. Can't remember for sure, but it seems to me I did have to re-register. Forgive me, I have yet ANOTHER b'day next month. (sigh)

Man, I stumbled on to this thread, late. It has all the earmarks of a rollicking college kegger - - I think I'll stand in this corner and watch!
Along the lines of your post, I remember the first time I mustered up the nerve to post a reply.
I posted some insipidous drivel. [During those 'old' days, thankfully, someone was kind enough to point me in the correct direction]
As I've noted before, you could read all of FR in an hour and make responding posts. I would read everyone else's responses the next day. It was always something to look forward to. [forgive me, English teachers]
