The Los Angeles ordinance that Allred cited in the lawsuit defines sexual orientation not by physiology, but as "a self image not associated with one's biological maleness or one's biological femaleness." Eh, what? Come again?

"Sandy is not required to appear as a man because she is a man or has male genitalia," said Allred, a high-profile Los Angeles lawyer. And this one also deserves a "say what? come again?"

"...because she is a man..." said Allred
I guess you can supply your own meaning to words now. We will now be referring to ourselves with the royal "we", because we feel we are really a king, but were born in the wrong body.

"I want to make people look nice and look good..." "...just like me," s/he said.

"Two hours later, after learning from Sandy's passport that she was legally a man, school officials called to say that she would not be permitted to attend classes because of concerns over which restroom he would use at school, Allred said." I'm fully with the school "authorities" on this one! My gosh! Only in America can a non-citien from some place like "IWANNABEAGIRLASTAN" hire a "home-grown" idiot to sue a host national for damaging his/her self respect by insisting they let the school know which facility they will be using! (Let's not even get into the question of whether it's proper to use the "I have to do the #1 or #2 when she/he raises her hand to go!)
If he/she didn't want to answer the gender question...he/she could have answered in a Bill Clinton sort of way... "It depenends on what the definition of "His" is?

Last year, a good friend of mine, went to truck driving school, and no one said anyhthing about her wearing pants and looking what I consider to be rather "butch", or mannish. Anyways, she is a long distance trucker now, and is accepted by everyone, everywhere. I also have 2 girlfriends who were in in the army and the air force, and they too had no problems.
What is the big deal about a man that wants what was traditionally a woman's job?
