The Democratic Mayor of Youngstown served a jail term, then ran for Mayor again, and won. But running from jail??? I don't think so!!

I agree. I know we have many in Congress who are crooks and I am not proud of what that says about the mentality of the voters in this country; however I have a serious problem with someone running for Congress who is actually in jail at the time, for whatever reason they may be there.
