August 8, 2002 -- A pervert ex-cop admitted he slept over at a Boy Scout camp while out on bail on kiddie-porn charges - but that wasn't enough to convince a federal judge to keep him locked up.

Brian Mathews, 40, was forbidden from being alone with children when he pleaded guilty to perusing a sexually explicit picture of a baby in May.

When Judge Carol Amon indicated she was siding with Mathews, Jestin revealed that family members expressed concerns that the boy is showing physical symptoms of sexual abuse.

So why don't these family do something to insure that this perv doesn't spend any time with his nephew? Where are this kid's parents?

The guy is high risk, a danger to children. 'Justice' Carol Amon is allowing children to be at risk. It would serve her right to be locked up in a room with 100 psychotics, and no supervision. But I'll settle for getting her removed from the bench.

Here's the irony. Congress funded some pervert scientist back in the 50s. In the name of science, he had an infant molested on tape to prove that infants are sexually active.
Did creepy things to other toddlers as well, all on film.
Congress sat and watched the film and paid the 'good scientist' for his services with US taxpayer money. His research led to a lot of liberal notions based on 'scientific research'.

This is the shape of Americas system of justice today. I am affraid there is no such thing as justice in America any longer.The courts no longer search for truth,it is called the "Rule of Law" and it is being used and abused daily in America by lawyers and criminals. And I am affraid there are more white collar criminals getting away with things more servere than the average person in jail today.It is all about money and corruption.I honestly believe you can find more truth,honesty and justice behind bars than you can in a court room.

Our legal system is currently at an intolerable level. Americans are fed up. And so is GW Bush. God bless Bush for having the courage that even Reagan did not have, to tell the ABA to take a flying leap and appoint sane justices to Federal benches.
