I've done all kinds of work, from manual labor, to skilled labor, to white-collar stuff, and one thing that always fascinated me was how, no matter what the work was, if you paid attention and asked questions, there was something new to learn- no matter how much you thought you knew about a subject.

One of the first things I learned from the "guys who sweat a lot" was to keep drinking... just about anything wet, but in the days before these sisifyed "lifestyle" drinks, tea was the favorite, followed by Co-kola or water. You learned real fast that if you waited until you felt thirsty, it was too late...

Learned that the hard way and the sissy drimks are not as good as the strong sweet tea or ice water. Looking forward to trying the drink this article is about.
