NEW YORK -- Who speaks for the Democratic Party as President Bush and Republicans suffer through a midsummer slump and an important election awaits this fall?
The logical choices are Al Gore and Sen. Joseph Lieberman, the party's 2000 presidential and vice presidential candidates, and U.S. Rep. Dick Gephardt, the longtime House minority leader. All are prospective presidential candidates in 2004.

They forgot to mention that Daschole is dishonest, two-faced, divisive and has some of the lowest approval ratings and highest negatives of any politician in history.

When you get down to the truth, Dasshole is one of the most politically sleazy, untruthful, vengeful, obstructionist, scary frauds to hit Washington. All these sugar-coated reports aren't going to change the fact that Dasshole is capable of being exposed for the lying fraud he and his party(which he is yet another example of why they are truly dispicable) are if the GOP would get to the facts and say them loud and clear. Point out the constant hypocrisy and lies that come out of their PR.

I always like it when some clueless Democrat journalist tries his hand at managing the news and screws it up this badly.
Maybe he thinks he's just being the loyal party member, slipping puff pieces about Democrats into the news stream like the Big Shots in New York do, but those guys get the actual DNC talking points to write the news from, and this poor ink-stained wretch doesn't. So here he is writing about Daschle, a guy the public has already formed its opinion of... and it isn't good. The more these closet Democratic activists posing as journalists out in the second- and third-tier markets pump this guy up as The Voice Of The Party, the worse the Democrats will fare as a party come November. Zogby says he's got the worst negatives-to-positives ratio of any politician tested. Let's give a big round of applause then, to John Farmer of the Newark Star-Ledger, the Democrat shill who costs the Democrats votes. Hear! Hear! |

Dacsles favorable/unfavorable numbers are rivaled only by the press, lawyers and crooked CEO's. This reporter should go to rehab.

Marshall Wittmann, who tracks Washington politics for the conservative Hudson Institute, rates Daschle a "credible" presidential candidate.
Credible? He needs to get out of the single digits first. (poll numbers, not IQ)

If Tim Johnson wns, Daschle is afe....but if Tim LOSES, Little Tommy is TOAST!!!
If Souh DAkotans have ANY self-respect they will dump BOTH of these PANSIES!!!!!!

And he led the assault on Bush's signature achievement, a $1.35 trillion, 10-year tax cut, branding it a piggy bank for the wealthy. And even with his dishonest misrepresentations of the tax cut, he failed to rally enough of his own party members to defeat it.
Loser.

Johnsons gonna lose Anne. Thune has his issue. Thune tried to get legislation passed to allow cutting in the forests to prevent forest fires. Johnson and Daschle opposed him until they smeeled the smoke from the neighboring states and read the polls. The smoke they will smell in November will be Johnson in the toaster.

I always like it when some clueless Democrat journalist tries his hand at managing the news and screws it up this badly. No kidding. This guy is a good half a year behind events. He should just rip the printouts off the AP wire to see how Hillary! is being packaged as a moderate and in turn discern how the wind (er, liberal flatulence) is blowing. But I guess that's why he's not on the A-team...

"He's a presidential prospect," Korologos said, "but he's still a liberal Democrat." Senator John F. (Live-shot) Kerry has been called a "Tall Michael Dukakis". Can you imagine anyone with an ounce of common sense voting for a "Short Michael Dukakis"???

Was it not Daschle and his lobbyiist wife, a former administrator of the FAA, who created the lax standards that caused the death of three doctors?
These Daschles are small disgusting people who have been given to much power by the voters in South Dakota.
It's way past time to dump them.

John ("I'm ashamed of my military service but I love ketchup") Kerry is about as electable outside of the Socialist commonwealth of Massachusetts as my dog.
My dog died in 1993.
Kerry should consider Hollywood. A remake of DRACULA.
He's a shoo-in for Bella Legosi.
Or Boris Karloff in Frankenstein or the Mummy.

They forgot to mention that Daschole is dishonest, two-faced, divisive and has some of the lowest approval ratings and highest negatives of any politician in history. And that's the best you can say about him.
I realize that the system of 2 senators per state was created to protect small states from larger ones, but there is something really wrong when a state with a total population that amounts to less than a small city can inflict a socialist demagogue on the rest of the country. It just isn't right.
