They use BOP's(Blow out Preventers) they keep a constant pressure inside the hole thats being drilled. They can stack several on top of each other depending on what pressure they need to maintain. The piping or drill pipe is being worked inside a tight rubber seal, the seal dose not allow any air, oil, or gas to escape into the atmospher. Made by Haliburton...

Whatever. Fox spent the previous two hours on live coverage of the event - and more or less, nothing happened, then, in the hour they choose to go with scheduled programming - that's when stuff happens - tough call to make; but Fox is with it now - and I'm guessing they'll stay with it for a while now.

CNN is 24/7 and global while FoxNews is neither, but they pander to conservatives, so we have to face facts and be aware of reality.
